In 2010, I was Passionately Pink for the Cure®.  My inspiration was my sister, Kris, who was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I road my motorcycle from Atlanta, GA to the Arctic Circle to raise awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer. This was in honor of my sister, Kris, and all of our sisters, mothers, daughters, aunts, nieces, and friends battling breast cancer.

Now we are in 2011, and I was asked by my good motorcycle friends to get things started again. We are once again Pink for the Cure and ready to make the long ride to the Arctic. We are looking for more riders and, with that, more support for other cancer patients and survivors by raising funds and awareness for Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
